“To me, cooking is a personal form of spirituality.
The way I cook gives me answers to my curiosity, inquisitiveness, personal zest to evolve, to my need to find deeper meaning in each story. So, when I cook, I have skin in the game. I have a dialogue with each dish, and I want dishes to speak to people as well and tell them interesting or comforting stories. I do not follow the rules (I rather break them), but I am always guided by creativity and instinct.
