Modern Romanian Cuisine inspiration means traditions and rituals revived and relived in a contemporary environment. It means allowing yourself to immerse in atemporality. Different places in the country tell different stories in different seasons, so the Chef has a lot to do and discover. The landscape is never the same.

The restaurant itself, minimalist, neat, cozy, understated and extraordinary. Trying not to disturb the horses nearby.
The forest around and the smell of the soil: humid bulbs in the spring, or decadently rich with a melancholic perfume in the autumn.
The garden, large and luxurious with everything from herbs and spices to vegetables, cultivated by us. An inside story.
The stable with the horses, with their earthly warmth and atemporal kindness.
